Goal/Purpose

Based on the recent hot-debated topics within the community, I want to propose that the 1-year registration fee for the applicable account (see below for details), and accounts invited by this applicable account should be refunded.

What is an applicable account?
Say A.0x.bit is a DAO Member of DigitDAO, then A.bit is the applicable account. If A.bit is registered within the range of July 22 2022 and Jan 1 2023, the registration fee for this A.bit should be refunded.
What are accounts invited by the applicable account?
Digit-only accounts invited by A.bit within the range of July 22 2022 and Jan 1 2023 are all eligible for a refund.
How much should be refunded?
Based on the currency price fluctuations, I propose that the exact amount of crypto that the .bit protocol has received for the registration should be refunded, in case of causing unnecessary costs for the protocol.

1.When will I be refund?
From the date the proposal is passed to January 1st 2023, a snapshot will be taken every Monday at 7:00 pm (Singapore Standard Time) and refund (to the account owner’s address) will be carried out accordingly.

2.Who can get the refund?
(1) All DigitDAO member’s main accounts (for example: A.0x.bit’s main account is A.bit)
(2) All digital accounts invited by DigitDAO members
Note:Registration time of the above mentioned accounts must be between July 22nd 2022 and January 1st 2023.


3.What is the method of refund?
The refund of registration fees will be made in the form of CKB Tokens based on the exchange rate at the time of registration.
Note: Those accounts that have participated in previous refund activities are no longer eligible for refunds
